Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect to help large enterprises become more data-driven. You'll work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to define technical strategies and drive the adoption of ML & AI solutions. This role requires a strong background in technical account management and value selling.
You have a proven track record in pre-sales roles, ideally with 5+ years of experience in technical account management. Your expertise lies in helping large enterprises leverage data to drive business outcomes, and you understand the nuances of value selling in a technical context. You are comfortable leading technical discussions and have a solid grasp of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications across various industries, particularly in High Tech and Manufacturing.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to build relationships and gain the trust of clients is paramount, as you will be the main technical voice for Databricks in your accounts. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring team members to foster their growth.
Experience with cloud platforms and data analytics tools is a plus, as is familiarity with the Databricks platform. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies, which will help you stay ahead in the rapidly evolving data landscape. Your background in enterprise sales or account management will further enhance your ability to drive success in this role.
In this role, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to define and implement technical strategies for key accounts. You will lead clients on a transformational journey, guiding them through the evaluation and adoption of Databricks solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical presentations, building proofs of concept, and demonstrating the value of our products to clients.
You will work closely with hands-on resources to ensure that technical implementations align with client needs and expectations. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for deeper adoption of machine learning and AI within client organizations, helping them to maximize the value derived from Databricks.
Additionally, you will be responsible for building a movement of technical champions within your accounts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. You will provide structured mentorship to other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them succeed in their roles.
