Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to work closely with top customers, advising on how to customize Samsara's solutions for their unique needs. This role requires strong collaboration across various teams and a focus on customer satisfaction.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and retention. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that customer feedback is heard and acted upon. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with sales, support, and product teams to enhance the customer experience. You are motivated by helping customers achieve their goals and are passionate about the impact of technology on physical operations.
Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) space or related industries would be a plus. Familiarity with data analytics and how it can be leveraged to improve customer outcomes is also desirable. A background in fleet management or logistics can provide valuable insights into the challenges faced by our customers.
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Samsara, you will take ownership of the customer journey post-implementation, ensuring that our top clients are fully utilizing our platform to its fullest potential. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide strategic guidance on how to customize Samsara's solutions to meet their needs. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features and services. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support, and you will act as the voice of the customer within Samsara, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape future developments. You will also develop and deliver training sessions to help customers maximize their use of our products, ensuring they are equipped to achieve their operational goals. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and the overall growth of your accounts.
