You understand the importance of coordination between different teams, such as maintenance and housekeeping, to ensure smooth operations. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly. You are at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license, which is essential for this role.

What you'll do

As a Front Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners at our local management office. Your primary responsibilities will include handling phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve questions about reservations and other concerns. You will coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to verify unit availability for vendor visits and ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled. You will also identify potential owner leads to support business growth, contributing to the overall success of the company. Your role is crucial in creating positive experiences for our guests and building lasting relationships with them. You will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and represent Vacasa's values in every interaction.
