What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for managing quality in Amazon's transportation operations. You will monitor weather conditions and analyze their impact on delivery schedules, ensuring that customers are informed of any changes. You will lead efforts to improve operational processes during weather disruptions, coordinating with various teams to ensure a swift recovery. You will analyze key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing action plans to enhance service quality. You will also be involved in creating and refining operational protocols and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in response to disruptions.
