Fictiv is seeking a US Director of Engineering to lead their software engineering organization. You'll oversee multiple Engineering Managers and drive technical excellence in the Oakland office. This role requires significant leadership experience in engineering.
You have extensive experience in engineering leadership, ideally with a background in software development and team management. You understand the importance of building high-performing teams where engineers can thrive and grow their careers.
