What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of Asana's PRM system, collaborating closely with channel, sales, and customer success teams to craft elegant, AI-enhanced solutions for critical workflows. You will manage a team of developers, prioritizing tasks and ensuring high standards in system architecture and code quality. Your leadership will be instrumental in co-creating and executing a long-term strategic roadmap for Salesforce implementation, actively exploring and integrating AI opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for planning and executing projects that involve the development and enhancement of partner quoting and ordering workflows, ensuring that the technical solutions you implement are scalable and robust. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders on platform health priorities and maintenance, ensuring that the systems you oversee operate smoothly and effectively. Your role will also involve fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team, encouraging innovative thinking and collaboration.
