Responsibilities:
Attend alongside CI&T clients who seek to transform on the Salesforce platform, using technology as an enabler to provide greater business flexibility and a better customer experience.
Be an important part of these clients' digital transformation, being essential for delivering value and impact to the business.
Enjoy new challenges, contribute and play for the team, be willing to discover and learn every day;
Manage the implementation of standard configurations and custom development and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards.
Ability to understand a project and debug issues.
Connect with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment following our methodology.
Requirements for this challenge:
Knowledge of Git concepts.
Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
Knowledge of object-oriented concepts.
Basic knowledge of RDBMS.
Knowledge in programmatic (Apex, LWC, Javascript) and declarative (Point and Click) development.
Knowledge in Salesforce deployment practices/strategies.
Need to understand the MVC architecture.
Differentials:
Knowledge in Service or Sales Cloud.
Salesforce certifications.
Skills in requirements gathering and experience in solution design using the platform and its products.
Knowledge of CRM.
