What will you do? 🤔

Identity & Access Management (IAM):

• Lead migration from JumpCloud to Okta, ensuring a secure and seamless transition.

• Own and manage Okta as the central Identity Provider—SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, SCIM integrations, policies, workflows, and app assignments.

• Design and implement modern identity principles, including a Zero Trust framework, Least Privilege Access models, and Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning.

SaaS & Employee Lifecycle Automation

• Establish SaaS management practices for application discovery, access governance, license optimization, vendor insights, and renewal hygiene.

• Develop and automate end-to-end employee lifecycle (JML) processes (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) to ensure rapid, secure, and consistent access.

• Proactively manage our SaaS portfolio, focusing on license optimization, cost reduction, and the discovery of shadow IT.

AIOps & Modern Internal Tooling

• Design, integrate, and optimize workflows using AIOps tools.

• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce IT operational load and provide employees with fast, intelligent support experiences.

• Collaborate with support teams to implement conversational AI, automated triage, and self-service workflows.

Systems & Collaboration Tools Management

• SME for core collaboration tools, including Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Linear, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex systems, identity, and automation issues.

• Ensure integrations, user permissions, spaces/projects, and automations are aligned with organizational needs.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert within the IT/Systems Engineering function.

• Build scalable systems architecture aligned with the company’s growth trajectory.

• Document standards, architectures, runbooks, and processes for internal enablement.

• Mentor junior team members as the Systems Engineering function expands.

What makes you a great match for us? 😍

• 5-7+ years in IT Systems Engineering with experience across technologies like IAM, SaaS, collaboration, and AIOps.

• Deep, hands-on expertise with Okta (Universal Directory, SSO, SCIM, Workflows, etc). Okta certification is a strong plus.

• Conceptual and practical understanding of Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and JIT provisioning methodologies.

• Demonstrable experience with SaaS Management platforms (e.g., Trelica, BetterCloud, Torii) and license optimization strategies.

• Ability to design and implement automated employee lifecycle (JML) workflows.

• Practical experience implementing modern AIOps solutions. (e.g., Moveworks, Aisera, Serval, Workato Genie, etc.)

• Experience managing collaboration and SaaS tools like Atlassian, Linear, Google Workspace, Slack, etc..

• Strong project leadership: runbooks, testing/rollback plans, stakeholder comms, phased rollouts.

• Security-first mindset with excellent documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
