What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage audit engagements, overseeing audit procedures tailored to the fintech environment. You will conduct audits to assess controls, security measures, and compliance, providing management with valuable insights for informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining an internal audit framework that meets the specific needs of Upvest. You will support colleagues in identifying and addressing risks while ensuring fast growth and regulatory excellence. Reporting findings and proposing improvements to senior management will be a key part of your role, as you aim to enhance overall processes and compliance.

You will also be responsible for preparing quarterly reports that summarize audit findings and recommendations. Your insights will help shape the company's governance practices and ensure that Upvest remains compliant with industry regulations. You will collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and risk awareness throughout the organization.
