Business Development Associate

Who you are

You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business development environment. You possess strong analytical and comprehension skills, allowing you to break down information into actionable points. Your prior experience in high-frequency trading (HFT) is a plus, as is your familiarity with exchanges and AWS. You excel in communication and documentation, both written and verbal, and are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively. You are comfortable interacting with global stakeholders and handling professional correspondence, ensuring smooth communication across various teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to senior team members, working closely with them on ongoing tasks. You will analyze documents and comprehensions to extract key insights and translate them into actionable to-dos. Attending business development meetings, you will capture detailed notes, prepare structured documentation, and share concise summaries with the broader team. You will coordinate and maintain communication with brokers across the APAC and EMEA regions, as well as other external partners. Your responsibilities will also include organizing and streamlining the flow of information between third-party stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all communications.
