What you'll do

As a Senior Network Engineer at InterSystems, you will oversee the ongoing delivery and administration of the network infrastructure that supports our hosted services globally. You will be responsible for ensuring that all network tasks are completed on schedule and in line with agreed plans. Collaborating with architects, project managers, and stakeholders, you will evaluate and propose network solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your role will involve developing and implementing disaster recovery and network failover plans to ensure business continuity. You will maintain operational acceptance criteria for network solutions and ensure that delivery teams meet these standards before production handover. Additionally, you will ensure 24×7 monitoring of network components, addressing any events, incidents, or requests promptly using the appropriate tools. Your expertise will be crucial in advising customers and stakeholders on live network solutions, and you will provide 24×7 support as part of the hosting operations team.
