In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various electrical and mechanical systems within the data center. You will work with stand-by diesel generators, three-phase electrical systems, switch gear, UPSs, PDUs, and cooling systems. Your expertise will help ensure that the data center operates at an extraordinary 99.999% uptime. You will collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve issues quickly, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency. You will participate in routine maintenance and inspections, documenting your findings and suggesting improvements where necessary. You will also have the opportunity to learn about AWS infrastructure services and contribute to the design and planning of future data center operations. Your role is critical in supporting the seamless operation of Amazon's global digital experiences.
