Gorgias is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Ecommerce team to drive the development of an AI-powered platform for conversational commerce. Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the ecommerce or technology sectors. You possess a deep understanding of how technical systems operate and can effectively communicate with engineering teams. Your experience includes managing complex projects and aligning multiple stakeholders towards a common goal. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences and understand the importance of data in driving product strategy. You thrive in high-impact roles where ownership and accountability are paramount. You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and welcome diverse perspectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Ecommerce team at Gorgias, focusing on building a unified AI agent that enhances customer interactions throughout their shopping journey. You will define and build the data ingestion and storage processes that power our Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring that our AI strategy is robust and effective. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to inform product decisions, managing the product roadmap, and driving alignment across various departments. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and analyzing product performance to guide future enhancements. As a Senior Product Manager, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
