You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the BFSI sector, and possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this industry. Your experience includes engaging with C-suite executives, where you've successfully influenced strategic decisions and driven business transformation through automation solutions. You are a strategic thinker who can develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring sustainable revenue growth across top-tier enterprise accounts.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles. Your ability to articulate the value of AI-powered automation to diverse stakeholders sets you apart. You are not just a salesperson; you are a trusted advisor who builds long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. Desirable

Experience in leading strategic account planning and territory management is a plus. Familiarity with automation technologies and their impact on operational efficiency, risk management, and customer experience will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are also adept at forecasting and pipeline governance, ensuring that your strategies are data-driven and results-oriented.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute the BFSI go-to-market strategy for Indonesia, focusing on expanding UiPath's presence among the country's largest banks, insurers, and financial conglomerates. You will lead strategic account planning, ensuring that your approach is tailored to the unique needs of each enterprise client. Your responsibilities will include forecasting sales, managing pipelines, and driving multi-year enterprise opportunities that deliver measurable business transformation.

You will act as the industry face of UiPath, shaping the narrative around automation in the BFSI segment. This involves influencing C-suite agendas and articulating the impact of UiPath's solutions on operational efficiency, risk, compliance, and customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the solutions provided align with their strategic objectives.

Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the sales team. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to refine your strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
