TripActions is seeking an Integrations Manager to enhance the integration experience for customers. You'll work closely with internal teams and customer IT stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations and maximize platform usage. This role requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
You have a strong background in integrations and customer success, with experience guiding clients through technical processes. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly makes you a valuable asset to any team. You excel in building cross-functional relationships and have a knack for communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for ensuring customers realize the full value of the platform. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with Account Managers, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams. Your experience with integration ecosystems, including HRIS provisioning and SSO, positions you as a subject matter expert in this field.
As an Integrations Manager at TripActions, you will lead the integration journey for our customers, ensuring that each step is executed smoothly and efficiently.
