You have over 3 years of experience in full cycle B2B sales, demonstrating your ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals effectively. Your track record shows that you have consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota targets, showcasing your strong sales acumen. With at least 2 years of people management experience, you have successfully led teams, mentoring and developing sales professionals to achieve their best performance. You possess a deep understanding of the Chile market, employing a hyperlocal approach to tailor sales strategies that meet the unique needs of local areas. Your ability to foster key account relationships is evident, as you engage with high-priority accounts to drive growth and establish strong partnerships.
As the Chile Sales Manager, you will spearhead the strategy to optimize restaurant selection for UberEats, focusing on expanding the restaurant footprint in Chile. You will lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales process for Mid-Market and SMB customers, which includes qualification, pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation to close deals. Your role will involve hiring, mentoring, and developing a team of up to 10 sales professionals, ensuring they are proficient in tools and sales processes to support their continuous improvement. You will allocate leads and resources effectively to maximize team performance, ensuring that your team meets their sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Regularly updating Salesforce, providing opportunity status, and participating in monthly business reviews will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
