Who you are

You have practical experience in warehouse and logistics environments, particularly in tool management, equipment issuance, and inventory control. You understand logistical processes, inventory management, and safety regulations. Your attention to detail ensures that all equipment and tools are functioning correctly and available when needed.

You are proactive in identifying and resolving issues related to equipment and tools. You have experience in documenting and reporting problems, and you work closely with IT and external partners to find quick solutions. Your organizational skills help maintain order and cleanliness in the equipment issuance area.

You are comfortable with the setup, maintenance, and basic configuration of scanners and IT devices according to established guidelines. You regularly check the functionality and condition of tools and batteries, ensuring they are ready for use.

You are skilled in managing the issuance and return of scanners, tools, and operating materials, including digital documentation. You are responsible for the return of defective or unused devices, ensuring they are marked and sent for repair or replacement.

You are eager to learn and grow in your role, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency in the logistics environment. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication with colleagues.

What you'll do

In this role, you will ensure that all devices, tools, and consumables are available and functioning correctly in the production facility. You will set up and maintain scanners and IT devices, performing regular checks on their condition and functionality. You will manage the issuance and return of equipment, keeping accurate digital records of all transactions.

You will monitor inventory levels of consumables such as batteries, gloves, and labels, ensuring that supplies are replenished as needed. When issues arise with equipment, you will document and report these problems, working closely with IT and external partners to resolve them swiftly.

You will maintain cleanliness and organization in the equipment issuance area, ensuring that all tools and devices are easily accessible and in good condition. Your role will involve supporting daily operations by addressing minor scanner or equipment issues and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate departments.

You will also be responsible for accepting deliveries and overseeing the inventory of tools and consumables, ensuring that all items are accounted for and properly stored. Your attention to detail will help prevent loss or mismanagement of equipment.
