GetYourGuide is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to ensure the commercial success of critical accounts through technical support and operational onboarding. You'll work with APIs and marketplace partnership models in Bangkok.
You have extensive experience as a Technical Account Manager, ideally with a strong background in managing B2B and B2C partnerships. Your expertise in APIs allows you to address complex technical topics effectively, ensuring seamless integration for partners. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success for your accounts. Your understanding of affiliate marketing and marketing touchpoint integrations equips you to provide valuable insights to partners, enhancing their operational efficiency.
You are a proactive problem solver, capable of addressing operational issues swiftly and efficiently. Your communication skills enable you to liaise effectively between local teams and global headquarters, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed. As a Senior Technical Account Manager at GetYourGuide, you will be responsible for the commercial success of our most critical accounts. This involves pre-sales enablement and addressing complex technical API topics before, during, and after partner integration. You will ensure that operational issues are resolved efficiently by collaborating with our EMEA HQ resources. Your role will require you to guide the technical and operational onboarding of new accounts from start to finish, ensuring they have a smooth experience with our platform.
You will work closely with the global Partner Success & Operations Team, acting as the key link between the APAC region and our Berlin headquarters. Your insights and expertise will help shape the strategies we implement to support our partners effectively. You will also be involved in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
