What you'll do

As the Director of Revenue Accounting at Whatnot, you will lead the core accounting functions related to revenue, ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and timely. You will own the monthly close process and collaborate closely with the Controller and Finance leadership to develop and implement accounting policies that support the company's growth. Your role will involve scaling systems and processes to accommodate the rapid expansion of the marketplace, requiring you to lead complex projects that enhance operational efficiency.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial matters and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
