Auto Interior Repair Technician (2nd Shift)

Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair experience, demonstrating your expertise in repairing damaged cloth, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery materials. Your skills extend to repairing center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching, showcasing your attention to detail and craftsmanship. You are adept at color matching and dying cloth and fabric, ensuring that repairs blend seamlessly with the vehicle's interior. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, even when faced with mandatory overtime based on business needs.

What you'll do

As an Auto Interior Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on various automotive interior components. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing damage to upholstery and interior parts, executing repairs with precision, and ensuring that all work meets Carvana's high standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the repair process. You will also collaborate with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
