What you'll do

As the Automotive Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that repairs are conducted safely and efficiently. You will oversee the daily activities of your team, setting production targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded. You will engage with your team to identify strengths and weaknesses, providing guidance and support to improve performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring that the Inspection Center operates smoothly and effectively. Your role will involve regular communication with other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure that all vehicles meet Carvana's high standards.
