Hootsuite is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager (Arabic Speaker) to manage relationships with large, strategic Enterprise customers. You'll leverage your expertise in Hootsuite's products to drive renewals and expansions. This role is open to applicants located in the United Kingdom and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with Enterprise clients, and possess strong relationship-building skills. Your experience allows you to navigate complex customer needs and align them with strategic business objectives. As an Arabic speaker, you can effectively communicate and engage with a diverse clientele, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You are adept at identifying churn risks and proactively addressing them to maintain strong customer relationships. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can drive renewal and expansion strategies effectively.
Experience in the tech industry or familiarity with social media management tools is a plus. You are comfortable working in a distributed workforce environment and can adapt to various work arrangements, whether remote or hybrid. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, demonstrating the value of the full suite of products to your clients.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end commercial process for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, ensuring timely and successful renewals. You will proactively identify and mitigate churn risks, maintaining strong relationships with your customers. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic expansion by identifying, qualifying, and closing expansion opportunities within your book of business. You will cultivate and maintain influential relationships with senior stakeholders, aligning Hootsuite's solutions with their strategic business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with management and other stakeholders to develop and execute detailed operational processes that enhance customer success.
