Overview

Malt is seeking a Key Account Manager, Enterprise to oversee and grow significant decentralized Enterprise accounts. You'll be responsible for contract ownership and driving multi-departmental partnerships. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in enterprise account management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with enterprise clients, where you've successfully managed contracts and fostered long-term partnerships. Your experience includes working with large organizations, ideally those with over 2000 employees, and you understand the complexities involved in managing such accounts. You are skilled in navigating corporate structures and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within existing contracts.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You are adept at orchestrating governance processes and ensuring that all parties are aligned towards common goals. Your strategic mindset enables you to transform single contracts into widespread partnerships that benefit both Malt and its clients.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive deployment and extension into new business units. Your ability to lead discussions and manage expectations is key to your success in this role. You are also comfortable with data-driven decision-making, using insights to inform your strategies and actions.
