Google is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead complex projects in smart electronic equipment manufacturing. You'll coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure product quality and functionality. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in operations program management.
You have a Bachelor's degree and an MBA/MS in Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields. With at least 2 years of experience as an Operations Program Manager in electronic product manufacturing, you have a proven track record of managing teams to achieve product objectives. Your ability to engage in technical conversations in English or Mandarin sets you apart, as you understand the nuances of working with international OEM manufacturers. You are adept at leading multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
As an Operations Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to drive product development builds and support ongoing changes to existing products. Your role will involve managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating effectively with cross-functional partners. You will be the primary manufacturing interface for hardware products, ensuring that they are designed and built to meet high standards of functionality and quality. You will also lead a team to resolve complex issues and oversee post-ramp qualification activities throughout the product's lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing large scope projects from design verification tests into ramp and through to the project's end of life, providing technical assessments of existing or new manufacturers.
