RAPP is seeking a Senior Strategist for a 6-month fixed-term contract in London. You'll create empathetic brand experiences and drive customer-centric strategies. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
You have a proven track record in strategic roles, ideally with experience in marketing or brand management. Your ability to create empathetic and precise brand experiences sets you apart, as you engage customers at the right moment in a human way. You are a confident presenter, capable of explaining complex ideas simply and compellingly to senior stakeholders on both the client and agency sides. You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience leading junior team members to deliver impactful projects. Your strategic thinking is complemented by a deep understanding of brand and audience dynamics, allowing you to champion both through all your work.
Experience in a precision marketing agency or similar environment would be advantageous. You are comfortable challenging conventions and inspiring creative propositions that resonate with customers and prospects. Your analytical mindset enables you to work with Marketing Sciences colleagues to analyze campaign performance and develop optimization plans based on that analysis. You are proactive in identifying business opportunities and building client relationships based on trust and value.
In this role, you will create and deliver customer-centric strategies across various projects and account developments. You will guide creative teams to craft beautiful, impactful work while driving innovative thinking within assigned account teams. Leading meetings and workshops will be a key part of your responsibilities, supporting strategic thinking and tactical opportunities. You will work closely with senior team members to build client relationships and trust, ensuring that you add value to client briefs and challenge their thinking where appropriate. Your role will also involve analyzing campaign performance and developing optimization plans to improve overall performance across projects.
