Overview

Samsara is seeking a Manager I for their Customer Success team to enhance customer engagement and ensure enterprise clients derive value from their solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in customer success management.

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in leading teams that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with enterprise clients and have a strategic mindset to enhance customer adoption of solutions. Your leadership style fosters a dynamic and inspiring team culture, encouraging team members to excel in their roles. You are adept at coaching and developing talent, ensuring that each team member has the support they need to succeed. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and derive maximum value from the products they use.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Customer Success team, ensuring that Samsara's enterprise customers in the US successfully adopt and utilize our solutions. You will serve as the trusted point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to advocacy and renewal. Your responsibilities will include enhancing customer success engagement motions and providing targeted coaching for your team members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service improvements. You will also analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
