Rubrik is seeking a Regional Director (Sales Leader) to drive growth and lead the sales team in Germany. You'll develop strategies to maximize market opportunities and manage a team of Account Executives. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience.
You are an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in driving growth and managing high-performing teams. With a deep understanding of the sales landscape in Germany, you excel at building relationships and fostering collaboration within your team and with partners. You have a hands-on approach to leadership, guiding your team through strategic account management and sales processes. Your ability to motivate and inspire others is key to your success, as you create an inclusive and dynamic work environment. Experience in the technology sector, particularly in data protection or cybersecurity, would be advantageous. Familiarity with partner ecosystems and the ability to develop strategic alliances will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in managing sales teams and a strong understanding of CxO level engagement will set you apart as a candidate.
In this role, you will take overall responsibility for the growth of the sales team and the regional budget. Your hands-on approach will involve providing thought leadership into account strategies and focus, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to sell and promote Rubrik’s offerings to prospects. You will guide your team on strategy, sales processes, and engagement at the CxO level, playing a pivotal role in the success of the organization.
