Degreed is seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships across North America. You'll drive revenue and execute go-to-market strategies while leveraging your skills in sales execution and relationship management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in strategic partnership development, showcasing your ability to identify, establish, and nurture relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, resellers, and technology providers. Your experience in revenue growth and sales execution demonstrates your capability to drive revenue through partner-led sales strategies and consistently exceed sales targets. You possess a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, having created and executed joint business plans with partners to ensure mutual success. Your strategic thinking is complemented by your relationship management skills, allowing you to engage effectively with partners and stakeholders.

What you'll do

As the Alliance & Channel Manager for NAMER, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding strategic partnerships that align with Degreed's mission of fostering lifelong learning. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by executing effective go-to-market strategies that resonate with partners and customers alike.
