What you'll do

As the Director of Trust Administration at BitGo, you will oversee all trust administration operations, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant delivery of custody and fiduciary services. You will lead and develop a team of trust officers, establishing performance standards and professional development programs that foster growth and succession planning. Your role will involve designing and implementing operational workflows, policies, and procedures that scale with business growth while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure that all operations meet the required standards and will be responsible for the direct fiduciary oversight of client accounts. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a culture of excellence within the team, where trust officers are empowered to deliver outstanding service to clients. You will collaborate with other departments to align trust administration functions with the overall strategic goals of BitGo, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of the digital asset space.
