What you'll do

As an Engineering Technician at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the heartbeat of our data centers. You will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting various electrical and mechanical systems, including stand-by diesel generators, three-phase electrical systems, and cooling equipment. Your expertise will directly contribute to achieving our goal of 99.999% uptime, ensuring that our customers have continual access to the cloud services they rely on. You will work closely with a team of engineers to identify and resolve issues, perform routine maintenance, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will also participate in training sessions to further develop your skills and knowledge in data center operations.
