Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 7 years of experience in operations or business management, particularly in vendor management. Your background includes extensive use of analytics and project management tools to address complex business issues. You possess a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, showcasing your commitment to quality management and process improvement. Your experience includes content moderation and managing sensitive content, which is crucial for this role. You are adept at solving problems tenaciously, with strong project management skills that allow you to define projects, execute within timelines, and navigate ambiguity while managing multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholder requirements. Excellent communication skills enable you to work effectively across various levels of the organization and regions.

What you'll do

As a Senior Vendor Operations Manager in the Trust and Safety Service Delivery team, you will focus on managing a large and growing contingent workforce across multiple sites worldwide. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies, governance, and operations for the Temp, Vendor, and Contractor population. You will partner with teams across Legal, Security, Extended Workforce Solutions (XWS), REWS, T&S Engineering, and external vendor partners to bring innovation and technology to the forefront of operations. You will work on critical issues such as Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), which involves managing sensitive content and ensuring user protection. Your role will require you to maintain alignment with Trust and Safety initiatives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You will own the vendor governance plan, which includes overseeing reviews, contracts, billing, purchase orders, and escalations. Additionally, you will manage the cost budget, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other vendor-related activities on a day-to-day basis, such as tools access, onboarding, and training.
