Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and innovation in our marketplace promotions strategy. You'll lead initiatives to scale self-service promotional tools while collaborating across teams to optimize high-velocity sales events that generate hundreds of millions in revenue.

Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable promotional programs and tools to enable seller success
- Partner with product teams to enhance self-service deal creation capabilities and seller experience
- Lead planning and execution of major shopping events to drive business growth
- Develop and optimize promotional mechanisms including forecasting, reporting and fee structures
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across sales, marketing and technology teams

A day in the life
You'll start your day reviewing performance metrics and coordinating with regional teams on upcoming promotional events. Throughout the day, you'll meet with product managers to provide input on new features, analyze data to identify optimization opportunities, and work with sales teams to understand sellers' needs. You'll also lead cross-functional meetings to align teams on event strategy and execution.

About the team
We are a collaborative group focused on creating win-win solutions for sellers and customers. Our team combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to develop innovative promotional programs. We partner closely with technology, sales and marketing teams to drive marketplace growth through strategic promotions and events.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years in program/project management
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Excel
- Portuguese and English fluency- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace businesses
- Knowledge of promotional marketing and sales events strategies
- Track record of launching scalable programs
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools
