Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal and external partners or customers. Your background includes significant experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting. You are proficient in system design or reading code, particularly in languages such as Java, C++, and Python. You also hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. You have experience launching and scaling user-facing, production-quality partner integrations, and are familiar with Machine Learning and Generative AI applications, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects simultaneously is complemented by your excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to explain technical topics to both engineers and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant at Google, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship with our largest advertising clients. You will work closely with Operations teams to prioritize and deliver solutions that measurably impact the quality and performance of Generative AI models across Google’s product offerings. You will explore, create, and assess novel methodologies for accurately measuring and evaluating the performance of these models. Staying current on industry trends and the latest machine learning research, tools, and advanced techniques will be essential to your role. You will partner closely with Google DeepMind and other Engineering teams to bring the best Generative AI Models to market, ensuring that you contribute to the success of Google’s AI/ML products. Your entrepreneurial spirit and detail-oriented approach will drive you to launch innovative solutions that enhance the user experience for our clients.
