Xometry is seeking a Project Manager - Case Management to lead complex, multi-supplier customer orders. You'll ensure seamless communication and project execution while maintaining high standards. This role requires exceptional project management skills and strong collaboration abilities.
You are a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in case management and project execution. You have a proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You thrive in collaborative environments and are dedicated to maintaining clear visibility throughout the production process. Your ability to address sourcing challenges proactively sets you apart as a leader in project management. You are also adaptable, providing support during peak periods and stepping in as a deputy for leadership when needed.
Experience in managing large-scale projects involving multiple suppliers is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and customer relationship management will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
