Overview

TripActions is seeking a Student Operations & Launch Support to assist with a product launch and ongoing operations. You'll engage in customer experience, operations, and marketing tasks. This role is ideal for students looking for flexible hours.

Who you are

You are a reliable student fluent in English, eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to confidently interact with hotels and partners. Detail-oriented and highly organized, you thrive in structured processes and are proactive in your approach to tasks. Your interest in travel, customer experience, or operations will be a valuable asset in this role.

What you'll do

In this part-time position, you will manually track new users and key lifecycle events, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will perform booking checks and follow up post-booking to guarantee customer satisfaction. Calling hotels to confirm reservations and special requests will be part of your responsibilities, as well as supporting proactive customer touch-points and VIP handling. You will assist with basic reporting and data tracking to help the team understand user engagement and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will help execute launch and marketing-related tasks, contributing to the overall success of the product launch.
