Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience in staff management and team leadership, ideally within logistics or operations. Your background includes a strong understanding of shipment planning and delivery management, allowing you to efficiently oversee the flow of goods. You possess business-level proficiency in Japanese and basic computer skills, enabling you to navigate operational management tools effectively. You are a proactive problem solver, capable of identifying issues in workflows and implementing improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
