Senior IAM Automation Engineer (m/f/x)

Who you are

You have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with at least 5 years of experience in security engineering — you've successfully implemented IAM solutions that enhance security and streamline access for users across various platforms. Your expertise in automation tools like Ansible and Terraform allows you to create efficient workflows that reduce manual intervention and improve system reliability.

You are proficient in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and understand how to leverage its services to build secure and scalable IAM solutions. Your experience with Docker and containerization technologies enables you to deploy applications in a consistent and isolated environment, ensuring security best practices are followed.

Your programming skills in Python allow you to develop scripts and tools that automate repetitive tasks, enhancing the overall efficiency of the IAM processes. You are familiar with Linux environments and can navigate system configurations to implement security measures effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to understand their IAM needs — your strong communication skills help you articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest security trends and technologies.

Desirable

Experience with additional IAM tools and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR or HIPAA. You may have worked in agile environments and are comfortable adapting to changing requirements and priorities.

What you'll do

As a Senior IAM Automation Engineer at HelloFresh, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the IAM function from a reactive to a proactive business enabler. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to design and implement modern, end-to-end automated IAM solutions that enhance security and user experience. Your responsibilities will include developing automation scripts, configuring IAM tools, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

You will lead initiatives to improve IAM processes, identifying areas for automation and optimization. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices for IAM, ensuring that security measures are integrated into the development lifecycle. You will also participate in security assessments and audits, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
