You have a strong background in machine learning and AI, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions that drive business value. You are comfortable taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the process. Your experience with AWS technologies, including EC2 and S3, allows you to leverage cloud services effectively. You are also familiar with ML management technologies and deployment techniques, such as Docker and GPU deployments, which are essential for optimizing model performance.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and mentor junior team members. Your ability to analyze and measure the performance of models and algorithms is crucial in ensuring that they meet business objectives. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and AI.

Desirable

Experience with additional AWS services like SageMaker and SNS would be a plus, as would familiarity with various machine learning frameworks and libraries. A background in natural language processing (NLP) is also desirable, given the focus on language services at Welocalize.
