What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving Tide's German product portfolio, ensuring that it aligns with the needs of SMEs. You will analyze operational performance metrics and track business KPIs, providing actionable insights to the team. Collaborating with developers and product managers, you will build and maintain dashboards that visualize key data points, facilitating data-driven decision-making. You will also identify root causes of performance issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Your role will involve regular communication with senior leadership to report on product performance and suggest improvements. You will contribute to the overall strategy of the Germany Country Operations team, ensuring that products are optimized for success in the market. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your analytical skills and contribute to the team's growth.
