Lyft is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Growth in their Ads division to identify and unlock new monetization opportunities. You'll work with data-driven strategies and rapid experimentation to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in product management.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in growth or monetization strategies — you've successfully led product initiatives from concept to launch, demonstrating your ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results. Your analytical mindset allows you to transform data-driven hypotheses into actionable strategies that generate revenue. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize product offerings.

You possess a strong understanding of user behavior and market trends — your experience in conducting user research and A/B testing has equipped you with the skills to validate product ideas and iterate based on feedback. You are comfortable with data analysis tools and can leverage insights to inform product decisions. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to seek out new opportunities and challenge the status quo.

Desirable

Experience in the advertising or mobility sectors is a plus, as it provides you with a unique perspective on how to connect brands with consumers effectively. Familiarity with rapid prototyping and MVP development will enhance your ability to test and validate new product concepts quickly. You are also adept at stakeholder management, ensuring that all voices are heard and aligned towards common goals.

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Lyft Ads, you will pioneer new advertising opportunities by analyzing Lyft's ecosystem to identify untapped monetization potential. You will develop data-driven hypotheses for greenfield ad products and transform emerging patterns into actionable growth strategies. Your role will involve leading through experimentation by designing and executing rapid testing frameworks to validate or disprove hypotheses, building MVPs and prototypes to test advertiser demand and user acceptance, and iterating quickly based on results.

You will collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build full-stack solutions that deliver measurable value for both advertisers and Lyft. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, tracking performance, and communicating insights to stakeholders. You will also play a key role in shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing initiatives that align with business objectives.
