Centerfield is seeking a Sales Trainer to facilitate and master call center training programs. You'll work closely with department leaders to enhance agent development and ensure high-quality training. This role requires proven experience in sales training or a similar role within a BPO organization.
You have proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role within a sales training or BPO organization, ideally with a minimum of one year in the field. Your educational background includes an associate degree in education or a related field, equipping you with the necessary skills to effectively train and develop sales agents. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to create high-quality agents. You are adept at identifying training needs and developing tailored training programs that align with business performance goals. Your ability to monitor the transition of classroom training to productivity is crucial in ensuring the success of the training initiatives.
As a Sales Trainer at Centerfield, you will be accountable for the ongoing facilitation and mastery of our call center training programs. This includes delivering training on product knowledge, sales closing techniques, systems training, and continuing education. You will assist with Sales Operational support as needed, maintaining your sales and operational knowledge to provide relevant training. Collaborating closely with various department leaders, you will identify needs for further agent development and implement training solutions that enhance overall performance. Your role will involve monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to ensure agents are equipped with the skills they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for training best practices, ensuring that agents are well-prepared to meet the demands of their roles and contribute to the company's success.
