The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Lead C#/.NET Developer to lead and mentor a distributed engineering team while architecting and building scalable SaaS applications. You'll work with C# and .NET technologies in a fully remote role.
You have extensive experience in software development, particularly with C# and .NET, and have a proven track record of leading engineering teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy mentoring others, helping them to achieve their best work. Your background includes hands-on coding, and you are comfortable setting technical standards while also being a player-coach in your role. You understand the nuances of building scalable SaaS applications and are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions. You are familiar with agile development practices and have experience driving CI/CD processes to ensure efficient releases. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and representing engineering in discussions with leadership.
Experience with cloud platforms and modern software development practices will be a plus. Familiarity with Product-Led Growth strategies and a strong understanding of user-centric design principles will also enhance your candidacy.
In this role, you will lead a distributed engineering team of 8 developers, both internal and outsourced, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. You will architect, design, and build scalable SaaS applications using C# and .NET, ensuring that the software meets production-grade quality standards. As a hands-on contributor, you will write and review code, setting technical standards for the team while driving agile development practices such as sprint planning and code reviews. You will own and improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient releases, collaborating closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your role will also involve representing the engineering function in cross-functional discussions with leadership, ensuring alignment on technical direction and product strategy.
