What you'll do

As the Director of Software Product Management at Formlabs, you will be responsible for shaping the software product portfolio, which includes firmware, user interfaces, and desktop applications. You will collaborate with engineering teams to define and execute the software roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform product development and enhancements. You will lead cross-functional teams in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators to measure the success of software products and iterating based on user feedback. At Formlabs, we offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $195,000 USD, along with equity in the form of RSUs.
