What you'll do

As a Property Caretaker, you will support an assigned portfolio of vacation rental properties, assisting in daily operations and ensuring that each property meets the company's high standards. You will be responsible for managing owner and guest relations, addressing any concerns that arise, and performing light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing door hinges. Regular inspections of the properties will be part of your routine to ensure everything is in order. You will collaborate with your team to enhance processes and drive efficiency, contributing to a positive experience for both homeowners and guests.

Vacasa offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23 to $25, depending on your skills and experience. Additionally, eligible employees may receive a car allowance of up to $250 per month.
