Human Interest is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement to lead the learning infrastructure for their Go-To-Market engine. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in building enablement programs at scale.
You have a proven track record of leading teams and developing enablement programs that drive success across sales, partners, and customer support. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the intricacies of customer journeys and how to equip teams for success at every stage. Your strategic mindset allows you to architect learning infrastructures that are scalable and effective, ensuring that all team members are well-prepared to meet customer needs.
You are a people-centric leader who values collaboration and communication. You thrive in high-growth environments and are adept at managing both on-site and remote teams. Your experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as it gives you insight into the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. You are passionate about enabling others to succeed and are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Experience in the retirement benefits sector or a related field would be beneficial. Familiarity with Go-To-Market strategies and customer success metrics will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can adapt your approach based on feedback and results.
In this role, you will lead a multi-tiered organization, directly managing a team of on-site trainers while overseeing a remote Manager of Revenue Enablement Programs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that align with the company's growth objectives. Your leadership will ensure that all teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively engage with customers and drive revenue.
You will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, Enablement & Operations to align training initiatives with overall business goals. This includes identifying key areas for improvement and developing targeted training solutions that address those needs. You will also monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
Your role will involve regular interaction with various departments, including sales and customer support, to gather insights and feedback that will inform your training strategies. You will be a key player in shaping the company's approach to customer success and ensuring that all teams are aligned in their efforts to provide exceptional service.
