Snowflake is seeking a VP of GSI and Americas Alliances to lead the Americas partner and alliances team. You'll manage partner sales and development, driving co-sell strategies and operational governance. This role requires strong leadership and strategic alignment across teams.
You have extensive experience in managing partnerships and alliances, particularly in the technology sector. You understand the intricacies of partner sales organizations and have a proven track record of building successful partner relationships. You are a strategic thinker who can align partner strategies with overall business goals, ensuring that all teams work collaboratively towards shared objectives. You possess strong leadership skills, having led high-performing teams across diverse regions, and you are adept at operational governance, defining models that drive success.
Experience in the cloud computing industry or with global system integrators is a plus. Familiarity with sales strategies and market dynamics in North and Latin America will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will lead the Americas partner and alliances team, overseeing the partner sales organization and partner development managers. You will be responsible for creating a shared vision and plan for partner relationships, driving effective co-sell initiatives with field sales teams. Your leadership will be crucial in accelerating solution and practice development, ensuring that partner services projects lead to increased Snowflake consumption and revenue. You will define the operating model for the Americas, including territory coverage plans and team KPIs, while synchronizing go-to-market strategies with sales initiatives. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing and professional services, to ensure collective market success and drive growth.
