Typeform is seeking a Manager of Analytics Engineering to lead a team of analytics engineers and develop data modeling strategies. You'll work with SQL, Python, and various analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in analytics engineering.
You have 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with a strong background in data modeling and analytics tools. You are skilled in SQL and Python, and you understand how to build scalable data models that support business insights. You have experience leading teams and mentoring engineers, helping them grow their skills and deliver exceptional results. You are comfortable working in a fully remote environment and can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. You are passionate about making data actionable and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to drive business efficiencies.
Experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, and Airflow is a plus. Familiarity with AWS and dbt will help you excel in this role. You have a strategic mindset and can think critically about data infrastructure and analytics processes. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies as needed.
As the Manager of Analytics Engineering at Typeform, you will lead a team of 4-5 analytics engineers, guiding them in developing and implementing data modeling strategies. You will be hands-on in the work, ensuring that the analytics stack is robust and scalable. Your responsibilities will include maturing the semantic and reverse ETL layers, enabling cross-functional teams to self-serve on business-critical metrics. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across R&D and GTM to ensure that the data foundation aligns with the company's growth objectives.
