You have 5+ years of experience in UX research, demonstrating a strong ability to lead complex research projects that inform product strategy and design. Your expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods allows you to gather deep insights into user needs and behaviors, which you translate into actionable recommendations. You are skilled in user segmentation and persona development, ensuring that research findings are relevant to diverse customer audiences. Your ability to synthesize data and tell compelling stories helps stakeholders understand the impact of research on product improvements and business strategy. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and product management, to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI-driven user experiences.
