What you'll do

In this role, you will define programs and key objectives from scratch to support LLM model training in the burgeoning Gen AI space. You will design and drive scalable data labeling workflows that leverage internal tools and external vendors, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish a clear execution strategy and product roadmap.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of annotation programs for B2B clients, ensuring that all aspects of the program are aligned with client expectations and Uber's standards. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on program progress.

You will also identify opportunities for improvement within existing workflows and processes, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and quality.
