Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to perform various types of bodywork on vehicles. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. You are familiar with large area, heavy bodywork techniques, including Bondo repair, and are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required.

What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple panels of vehicles. You will utilize your skills in heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling to ensure that vehicles meet the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve repairing roofs and rocker panels, as well as handling large area, heavy bodywork tasks. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will have access to advanced tools and equipment to assist you in your work. You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, ensuring that your skills and pay progress alongside the company.
